If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We allow refunds within 14 days of your order date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.
To request a refund or exchange, send us an email with the order number, a photo, and a description of the product issue to contact@lovesafecalendar.com. Notify us within 3 days if you receive a defective or damaged product.
If approved for a refund, we will send you an email notification with details to return the item by mail and once the item is received a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment typically within 7-10 days.
If approved for an exchange, we will send you an email notification with order details for your replacement and shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Customers must notify us of any defects or damage within 3 days of receiving their order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send proof of purchase and pictures of the defect or damage to contact@lovesafecalendar.com.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds and returns:
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Downloadable software products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Personal care items
- Personalized items
Late Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@lovesafecalendar.com.
Sales items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on all orders. If you change your mind about an order, you no longer want the product, or you order the wrong item, you are responsible to pay return shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
