Lovesafe Calendar provides cycle tracking resources, free digital downloads, printed planner information, and information related to the Lovesafe Calendar mobile app.
Information We Collect on Our Website
We may collect personal information that you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and any message you send through a contact form or support request.
If you request or download a free ebook, guide, or other digital resource, we may collect information needed to provide the file, such as your name or email address.
We do not currently process direct paid product purchases through LovesafeCalendar.com.
Free Digital Downloads
LovesafeCalendar.com may offer free ebooks, guides, or other downloadable resources.
Information you provide to request a download may be used to:
- provide access to the requested file
- respond to support requests
- prevent spam or misuse
- send updates when you have specifically chosen to receive them
Free digital products may be updated, replaced, or removed at any time.
Printed Books and Third-Party Purchases
Printed planners, printed books, or other physical products may be offered through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon.
Purchases made through third-party websites are subject to the privacy policies, terms, payment practices, order policies, shipping policies, return policies, and refund policies of those third parties.
LovesafeCalendar.com does not receive or store full payment-card information for purchases processed by third-party marketplaces.
Lovesafe Calendar App Privacy
The Lovesafe Calendar app is designed for private cycle tracking and personal planning.
Information you may enter in the app can include:
- cycle dates
- journal notes
- symptoms and fertility signs
- mood, sleep, and wellness information
- intimacy information
- events and Date Night plans
- settings and preferences
- other information you choose to save
Most personal tracking information is stored locally on your device. Lovesafe Calendar does not operate its own account system or maintain a separate Lovesafe Calendar server containing your complete journal or cycle history.
Partner View and iCloud Sharing
Partner View is optional.
When a Tracker chooses to use Partner View, the app creates a limited, read-only calendar snapshot and shares it through Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services.
The shared Partner View snapshot may include:
- current cycle day
- general cycle timing or status
- safe-day or fertility timing indicators
- estimated ovulation timing
- estimated next-period timing
- selected Date Night title and date, when the Tracker chooses to share it
- the date and time the Partner View was last updated
Partner View does not share detailed journal entries, symptoms, mood, sleep, intimacy records, personal notes, event notes, appointments, exports, or complete cycle history.
The Tracker controls whether Partner View is used and which invited Apple Account may access the private share. CloudKit requires iCloud account access for private and shared databases, and Apple processes that information according to its own privacy practices.
App Store Purchases and Subscriptions
App downloads, free trials, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Apple may process account, transaction, subscription, and payment information needed to provide App Store services. Lovesafe Calendar does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Exports and User-Directed Sharing
The app may allow you to create exports, screenshots, or other files containing information you have entered.
You control whether these files are created and where they are saved or shared. Once you send information to another app, person, cloud service, or platform, that information is subject to the privacy practices of the recipient or service you selected.

You may stop using Partner View by resetting or removing Partner View access within the app. Removing a local connection may not automatically delete records maintained by Apple under an existing iCloud share, so the Tracker should also use Manage Partner Access when access needs to be revoked.
Children’s Privacy
Lovesafe Calendar is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
